Recently AATC received a donation for our kitties and fosters from Moose's Mission. Moose’s Mission is a 501(c)3 started in Chicago and now based in NE Ohio with a focus on providing comfort items to shelters & rescues. Each year Moose’s Mission provides thousands of beds, blankets, enrichment toys & treats to shelters & rescues so that they can focus their funding on basic needs like medical & food.They believe providing these “extra” items not only frees up funding to help more animals, but also create comfortable environments for them to live happy lives as they wait for their forever homes.
Jack is a 9th grader at Pinecrest and a neighbor of one of our wonderful fosters Christie. Inspired by Christie's foster efforts for AATC, Jack chose Moose's Mission and AATC as his service project. Moose's Mission provided funding for him to make 3 foster care packages for AATC including beds, scratching enrichment posts & other toys! Jack also made & donated fleece blankets to help keep the kitties extra cozy! Thank you Moose's Mission and Jack for all of your hard work with this project all of the kitties will love these goodies!
